Rental Requirements

APPLICATION INFORMATION

You will be required to pay a $50 application fee for credit & background check in form of a money order, provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

To qualify to lease a property with Sun Valley Apartments LLC you must:

• Applicant must show income of at least $2,400 a month of gross income (before taxes).

• Show good credit history. Equifax Credit score 650+

• Show good rental history. No evictions of any kind & cannot owe any balance with current or previous landlords.

• No current or previous bankruptcy

• Must be on current job for at least 1 year
