Pet Policy

PET FRIENDLY! Pet deposit required. All Pets must be approved by the management prior to bringing them on Property.

• "Pet" means any animal, such as, dogs, cats, birds, and fish.

• "Property" means without limitation, any parcels, area, structures, belongings, common areas, driveways, owned by Sun Valley Apartments LLC.

• Fees:

• $300 Non-refundable Deposit, + $100 per additional pet

• 40 lb Weight limit

Pet policy prohibits the breeds listed below, without limitation:

 Akita • Alaskan Malamute • Staffordshire Terrier • Chow • Doberman Pinscher • Great Dane • Pit Bull • Rottweiler • Siberian Husky • Staffordshire • Bull Terrier • German Shepherd • Boxer  • Any Wolf Hybrid • And any mixture of the identified breeds.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. No other Pets. Only dogs, cats, birds, and fish are allowed.  NO REPTILES, AMPHIBIANS, DANGEROUS, HARMFUL OR POISONOUS ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED. Tenant agrees that no additional or different pets will occupy the premises, even temporarily

2. Leashes, Cages, Etc. PETS MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN LOOSE AND ARE NOT TO BE TIED OUTSIDE. Pets must be on a leash at all times when they are outside of the apartment. Birds must be caged at all times.
